Emily offers one-on-one private coaching support in-person, in-home, online and phone appointments. The start-up package is for parents, couples, families and individuals who are ready to get started and returning clients that book regularly are invited to continue to purchase this package every 4 sessions or purchase multiple packages at once.
This package includes in-home observation for families, meetings by phone, on-line or in person for adults and children.
Regular clients are invited to text and chat by phone between session. Emily provides psychoeducation resources, journal work and curated self reflections by email.
